Step 1

Nathan walks your house with you.

Room by room, with the kettle on. He looks at what's stopped working, where the kids sleep, where dinner happens, and what your family needs from the next house. Then you talk about how best to build it.

We have designs, or we work with an architect with you.

Some families start from a home Sabre has built before and change it for their block. Others want it drawn from scratch. Either way it ends up on the kitchen table, and it's drawn around your family, not a catalogue.
